Merchandise Returns:
Here at Frazzleberries, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise in original packaging for refund within 30 days when accompanied by your original receipt. Please include a note in the shipment explaining reason for returning or exchanging the item or items.
It is highly recommended that you ship your return with proper packaging and insurance.

Shipping charges on your original purchase are non-refundable.
Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Damaged Merchandise:
If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, please refuse the order or give us a call at Frazzleberries - (401) 841-9899 and we'll send a new shipment to you right away.
If you open the shipment and items are damaged, be sure to keep the original packaging. Then call UPS at
1-800-742-5877 and ask for a "UPS Damage Call Tag" or call us at Frazzleberries (401) 841-9899 and we will make arrangements for your return.
